27- Apple Study

An apple study.  This is a little different for me.  I don't usually leave unfinished areas on my paintings.  But I liked it enough to stop here.  I was really only interested in the apple anyway.  I actually painted the background the day before so that may have something to do with it.  I'll post that painting at a later date.
